SPRING/SUMMER

 

Walk through the trails behind the lodge or join up with the Trans-Canada Trail, just 2kms. down the road. Or, simply enjoy the sunshine and quiet seclusion of the country as you curl up with a good book in our screened-in porch or grab a lawn chair and find a cool spot under a tree.  Guests have been known to take a blanket and head to the wods and find a cozy spot for a picnic with their loved one.  By the time evening rolls around, you'll want to have a leisurely dip in your private hot tub and watch the star lit sky perform its magic.  The ideas are only limited by your imagination.

 

FALL

 

Ahhh, yes the fall colours!  No matter what route you take to the lodge, you will experience the Fall in its grandest form.  If that's not enough, take a hike through our woods.  Then sit back and relax and enjoy a hot chocolate, coffee or cocktail in our screened-in back porch facing the forest.  By early evening, we invite you to enjoy the ambience of our Fireside Dining Room with its floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace blazing as you sit back and enjoy a full course "country" gourmet meal.

 

WINTER

 

Horse-drawn sleigh rides are available (with a reservation) at $60 per ride.

(up to 8 guests).

 

 

Bring your cross-country skis and/or snowshoes and experience the beautiful country-side.  Return to your room and cuddle together in front of your fireplace with a warm drink just before dinner is served in our Fireside Dining Room with its blazing fire.

 

And remember ... Crabbe Mountain is only 15 minutes from us!
